]]> If you love tropical drinks and rum, you’ll want to try this mango-passionfruit mojito. The mangos give the drink a fun texture and fruity flavor while the passionfruit makes it slightly tart. Check out the recipe below.

Ingredients:

  • 20 fresh mint leaves, plus sprigs for serving
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup passionfruit juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1/2 cup white rum
  • 2 cups ice
  • Passionfruit seeds, for serving
  • Grenadine Sea Salt Bequia Blend coconut salt, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In 4 sturdy glasses, muddle 5 mint leaves until they start to break down.
  2. In a blender, puree mango, passionfruit juice, simple syrup, lime juice, and 1/2 cup water. Stir in both rums.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and then top with the cocktail.
  4. Garnish each glass with passionfruit seeds and mint sprig. Sprinkle ice cubes with a pinch of sea salt and serve.
