Between people constantly getting up to use the bathrooms, the flight attendants bumping into us with their carts and crying babies, how can you fall asleep on the airplane? Exploring new places is so exciting, but traveling to get there can be a huge inconvenience. Stretching Before Takeoff

Before you board the airplane find a quiet spot and stretch your arms, legs, and back. There are plenty of videos on YouTube with pre-flight stretches.

Close Your Eyes

Trying to fall asleep and not being able to is super frustrating, but at least close your eyes. This will help you feel more relaxed and less stressed.

Get a Window Seat

There’s a reason why everyone wants the window seat – it’s the best for sleeping! You’re not in anyone’s way and you can use the window as a headrest.

Try using a natural sleep remedy like magnesium to catch a few good hours of sleep. Magnesium regulates melatonin which is a natural sleep hormone that helps relax your muscles.
