There’s nothing like getting in a nice hot shower once the weather drops, but prolonged exposure to hot water can strip your skin of its moisture, making it dryer than before. Start taking lukewarm showers only once a day and after you get out of the shower, apply moisturizer.
Now’s the time to start using overnight face masks which lock in the serums, creams, and oils that you applied before heading to bed.
