]]>This is a tough one, but trust us, it’s a game-changer. Do you ever find yourself scrolling for a few minutes before bed and then suddenly it’s 3 a.m. and you don’t know how you got there? If you have a no-phone-one-hour-before-bedtime rule, this will be a thing of the past. Also, without the blue light, you’ll fall asleep much faster.
This is a no-brainer. If you want to wake up earlier, you have to go to sleep earlier. Waking up early shouldn’t mean losing out on sleep. It’s all about shifting the hours that you do sleep.
Have a habit of waking up and immediately checking your notifications? Try to do something else when you first wake up, like journaling or stretching. This gives your mind time to wake up before dealing with the world!
Plan something every morning that makes you excited to wake up, whether that’s your morning matcha or dancing along to your favorite song while you make breakfast!
Natural light is super important because it tells our bodies to wake up. Open those shades as soon as you wake up, so you’re not tempted to go back to sleep.
