You may have heard of it before, but if you haven’t we’re here to explain just how life-changing this tend is.
Slow living is all about being more present in the moment and finding ways to disconnect. It involves having more screen-free time away from electric devices like phones, tablets, and computers. Another aspect of slow living is releasing our fear of FOMO and prioritizing what’s important to us.
You may have already tried some aspects of slow living because you had no other option but to take a breather. Life goes by quicker than you think and by the time you know it, you’re married with kids looking to retire.
