Build the puzzle the same way you normally would, with the pieces face up, but do it on a surface you don’t mind getting glue on. Cardboard or foam are good surfaces to work on. When you’ve finished your puzzle, make sure it’s flat and press it down with books or a rolling pin. Dust off any hair or dust that’s on the surface.
After you’ve made sure your puzzle is flat, it’s time to glue it down. Liquid glue or Mod Podge are good ones to use. Start on the edge and work the glue into the puzzle, covering the top and making sure it reaches all the cracks.
Before hanging the puzzle, make sure it’s completely dry. Then you can use a spray adhesive to mount it on a foam board or you can put it directly into the frame.
