]]> Piña colada is a staple summer cocktail that you have to learn how to make if you’ve gone this long without it! This is the year when many of us will focus more on staying at home and finding small ways to enjoy that time in the hope that the world will go back to normal soon.

Ingredients

  • white rum
  • coconut cream
  • pineapple juice and chunks

Instructions

  • Add two parts of pineapple juice, one part of white rum, and one part of the cream of coconut to a blender. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with pineapple pieces or lime peel.

If you don’t have a blender, you can make a shaken cocktail using the same recipe. It will be delicious either way and your reputation as a cocktail maker will skyrocket.
