]]>While her morning workout makes her feel great and motivated, Hale claims that her skin is not so happy about it. In an interview for Allure, the 30-year-old actress revealed her skincare routine after the gym.
“Honestly, my skin breaks out really easily no matter what. I can’t even wear lotion when I work out,” Hale told Allure, adding that she prefers to keep makeup to a minimum when she hits the gym. While she almost always wears mascara, other products like moisturizer are off-limits for her.
When it comes to her post-workout routine, the actress usually takes a shower as soon as she’s done with the training. In case she doesn’t have time, there’s a backup plan for keeping her skin clean. “I keep makeup wipes with me.” She uses Neutrogena’s Makeup Remover Towelettes because “they’re just easy to take with you wherever you go.”
Hale is a big fan of one more product that helps her take care of her skin, even when she on the move. “I really like micellar water. I keep little bottles of Bioderma micellar water in my car.”
Even with her sensitive skin, Hale claims that regular showers, wipes, and micellar water are all you need for great and shiny skin.
