It’s so easy to get dehydrated during summer. We sweat a lot and go out more, and may often forget to drink plenty of water, especially when on the go. That’s why it’s important to pick the foods that nourish and hydrate us, such as the examples we listed below.

Everyone’s first association when it comes to foods with high water content, watermelon offers plenty of fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants as well. Not to mention it’s delicious!

Cucumber contains 95% water and only 5% everything else, but even those 5% are good stuff! It’s great alone, in a salad, or paired with salmon.
