It’s hard to motivate yourself to work out when you’ve spent your whole day sitting around at home and that’s why you need to find a program you enjoy and stick with it. You won’t have your trainer pushing you every step of the way, but there are tons of online exercise programs like HIIT, dance cardio, ab workouts, bodyweight moves, etc.
There are so many distractions at home like your bed, couch, laptop, TV, and phone and in order to make sure your workout, you should set a designated time for exercise in your day.
Bodyweight workouts don’t require any extra equipment—all you need is your body. If you want to make your workouts more challenging get a yoga mat, resistance bands, and kettlebells or dumbbells.
Before you start working out, decide how many days a week you would like to exercise and stick to it. Mark your progress in a calendar and continue pushing yourself further once you’ve reached your goal. If your goal is to do five pushups, once you’ve done five challenge yourself to do six.
