]]> We’re all at different points in our hair journeys. From learning our curl types, to trying “no ‘poo”, every woman will tell you that it’s a process. 

Hair can also be less than its best from coloring, using heat, or just not having the right balance of protein. Not to mention water and product build-up. It’s for this reason that many are choosing to go the all-natural route when it comes to what they use on their locks. 

We all know the wonders that hair spray can perform, but the list of ingredients usually contains a few harsh chemicals. Good news—you can make your own!

Ingredients:

  • 1 x cup filtered water
  • 5 x teaspoons raw sugar (adjust according to how much hold you require)
  • 15 x drops of essential oils of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water, turn off the heat, and mix in the sugar until dissolved.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool and then add your essential oils.
  3. Pour the solution into a spray bottle (glass is best). To store, keep it in the fridge.
