]]>For this yummy dish, toss 3 sliced red onions in garlic powder, chili powder, paprika powder, lemon juice, and olive oil. Bake until the onions are semi crispy, then stir in chopped chicken pieces. Bake until chicken is cooked through (meaning it’s white, not pink) and sauce is bubbling. Delicious!
This is probably even easier—chop up some fresh dill and cilantro and mix into a paste with garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir in some canned chickpeas to the mixture. Then arrange chicken thighs into a pan, pour the mixture over and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
For this one, beat 3-4 eggs in a bowl, then add garlic powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder, and mix together. In another bowl, mix together some flour and sesame seeds.
Then take each chicken wing and dip into the egg mixture, then coat it into the flour mixture. Then you can either deep-fry the wings or roast them in the oven. Yum!!
This one takes a bit longer, but is still super easy. Rub a whole chicken with cumin, coriander, paprika, and turmeric, and drizzle with oil and a bit of lemon juice. Roast the whole chicken for about 1.5 hours, then pull off the meat with a fork, carefully into shreds. Yum!
