]]>No one needs any extra negativity on their social media feed when there is so much hatred and negativity all around us. So stop following people that give off a negative tone, whether that means someone being too outwardly self-centered or posting mean things, try to clear out anyone who doesn’t make you feel good when you see their posts.
Something that happens quite often on social media is we tend to get jealous of one another. If you constantly feel like you wish you were living a better or cooler life in comparison to someone on your social media feed, it’s time to hit that unfollow button. No one should make your life feel unimportant, and even if that person is doing is unintentionally, you should still remove their presence from your social media feed.
What you should be looking for in your social media feed are people and accounts that inspire you. Whether that means getting educated on a social or political issue you don’t know so much about or just seeing how people take care of themselves and their community, your social feed should inspire you to be a better person and a better you!
