Let your friends and family know you’re thinking about them, even though they may be far away. Paint or doodle on cardstock and go ahead and send it to them in the mail.
Process your feelings by starting an art journal, buying a sketchbook, some paints, and gel pens. You can create fun backgrounds from scrapbook paper or you can paint your own background with watercolors. Add layers with stickers, writing, pretty paper, and whatever other materials you have.
