Peloton has become one of the leading fitness brands and they released its My Truth Is Our Power collection. The pieces feature the Progress Pride Flag and the company is donating $25,000 to The Ali Forney Center, The 519, London Friend, and GLADT.
Reebok’s All Types of Live Pride collection features the Pride Flag and the Progress Pride Flag. The collection was designed by the brand’s LGBTQ+ community Colorful Soles in partnership with Iconic House of Ninja and they’re donating $75,000 to the Sylvia Rivera Law Project.

How can sustainability look this good? The sports bras and leggings of this brand are made from recycled polyester and recycled nylon fishing nets and the workout tanks are made from organic cotton. The materials they use are compostable and biodegradable.
Patagonia, a major outdoor clothing and gear company, uses recycled materials including polyester, nylon, down, cashmere, and wool in 72% of its products. They’re even exploring waterless dyeing processes to cut down on water usage and by 2025, they’re trying to be carbon neutral and for their apparel to only be made from 100% recycled, reclaimed, or renewable resources.
60% of the companies materials come from sustainable fabrics like polyester, TENCEL, organic cotton, and Econyl. By next year, they are aiming to have 80% of the materials sustainable.

]]>“Instead of just focusing on working out and exercise, we thought about lifestyle and where [our customer] is wearing these leggings day to day,” Everlane’s VP of Design, Sonia Martin told Elle.
The leggings are made from technical Italian fabric that has a bit of compression and sweat-wicking material to ensure you’re held in for your squats and deadlifts while also keeping you cool and dry. The Perform Legging features a super high-waist ankle-length design and it’s available in four colors.
In accordance with the brand standards, the Perform Legging uses only sustainable materials and no harmful chemicals. The leggings will be available on January 22 for $58 and yes, there’s already a waitlist.
