Heatwaves in the summertime can be harsh. If you live in the area where lockdown is still active, it’s probably even harder to deal with the hot summer weather. One of the common problems people have is not being able to sleep well and there’s one drink that can help you with that.

Staying cool during the day is less of a challenge. You can refresh by drinking water and wearing loose clothes, but when the nighttime comes, it gets a bit more tricky. This was backed up by Ollie Jay, a University of Ottawa researcher who conducted a series of experiments to see what effect hot drinks have on body temperature.
