Check Pollen Levels

Once spring arrives and pollen levels are high, it’s a good idea to check the pollen forecast before heading outside so you can plan your time outdoors accordingly.

Stay Inside

It’s also a good idea to stay inside when pollen levels are high, especially on dry and windy days. If that’s not an option, you can consider wearing a mask or taking your allergy meds.

Keep Windows Closed
